Processing of personal data
Purpose
The personal data and information we collect about our customers and visitors (the “Visitor”) on our website can be used for the following reasons:

Medfield will take all reasonable steps to ensure that this information is safely processed.
Those who can access your personal information are a limited number of Medfield employees and third parties that Medfield has engaged to perform certain services. You can at any time request that we delete or that we correct your personal information from our current records.

In order to comply with the law and fulfill warranty obligations and such, we keep certain personal information that you submit during commercial transactions.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Medfield will not sell, rent or transfer your personal information to any third party, except for third parties providing services and / or consulting on behalf of Medfield. Third Party may, on behalf of Medfield, collect, track and process information provided by the Visitor for the purposes set out in this Policy.
When third parties handle your personal information, Medfield will take reasonable precautions.
Marketing
